Connecting an Application to AWS RDS

1. Set Up AWS RDS Instance
- Create an RDS Instance:
- Log in to the AWS Management Console.
- Navigate to the RDS service and create a database instance (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
